Historic Riverside Cemetery Conservancy

What if you could help us produce daring and innovative programming; restore and preserve historic monuments and architecture; offer students an opportunity to learn about history, science and nature; and provide the community a place of recreation and respite? The Conservancy not only works to preserve this serene green space located on a bluff above the Ocmulgee River, it also preserves a cultural landmark, filled with sculptures and monuments. Your membership supports the Conservancy’s efforts.

Year-round events and programs entertain and educate the public and preserve the cemetery’s historic relevance to modern culture. In addition, the 501(c)(3) non-profit Conservancy raises funds to secure the long-term stability of the cemetery.

Keeping the cemetery open daily, a small staff and limited resources, your membership will work hard to ensure that this irreplaceable National Historic Landmark remains accessible to the public.
